What we Believe

We are convinced that the 66 books of the Bible are the written word of God and that together they are the authoritative rule for faith and life for all Christians. Fundamentally, the Bible points us to Jesus Christ as the true Lord and Saviour of the whole world and the one who completely fulfills all scripture.

We share the fundamental convictions of the Christian church as reflected in the historical, ecumenical creeds. This includes belief in the Triune God, the Incarnation of the Son, his obedient life, substitutionary death, bodily resurrection and visible return. We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.

We are committed to a Christian faith that awakens and transforms us in mind, heart, soul and body and that compels us to love our neighbours in Jesus’ name.
